Position
- The Director of Nursing will be responsible for providing leadership for the acute care inpatient division within a progressive, dynamic organization
- Involve the nurses in the implementation of best practices and quality initiatives
- Focus on team building and mentoring of nursing professionals

- Mid-sized, acute care medical center that includes a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center and a certified home care agency serving the residents of the east end of Long Island
- Services include general, ambulatory and bariatric surgery, cardiology/coronary care, emergency services, endoscopy, gastroenterology, laboratory, maternity services, neurosurgery, orthopedic, radiology and respiratory care
- Partners with a prestigious local academic medical center

- Located on the north shore of Long Island at the head of the Peconic River

Qualifications
- Registered nurse
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous leadership experience in acute or long term care
- Nurse Managers seeking advancement in their career are encouraged to apply
